Once thought to be mythical, Artifact 11 was recently found by treasure hunters on the asteroid lair of Wayfinder First Order Hasturi, the legendary Perseid navigator. The book itself contains an account of the so-called "mad Perseid's" alleged journey to and from Tarn-Vedra, the lost captial world of the Systems Commonwealth. Unfortunately, the journey seems to have unhinged Hasturi, and despite his cryptic travelogue, no traveler has yet been able to replicate Hasturi's feat by reaching Tarn-Vedra and returning safely.
